New Site Setting: For Sale Link

We've added a new Site Settings option as you add or edit domains individually or in bulk: A For Sale Link.

If you include a "for sale link", the [[forsale]] placeholder will be replaced with the link you've specified. Rather than visitors being taken to our on-site contact form, they'll instead be taken to the link you specify here.

If you want this link to include your domain name in the URL, you can use the [[domain]] placeholder within your URL. For instance, if you sell all of your domains on SnapNames.com, you could use the following link:
https://www.snapnames.com/store/basic.action?dom=[[domain]] as your "For Sale Link" on WhyPark. On your sites, the [[domain]] would be replaced with your actual domain. So, the for sale link on example.com would be converted to https://www.snapnames.com/store/basic.action?dom=example.com.
