Privacy & Copyright Policy

A new privacy policy and copyright/trademark policy has been added to the footer of all WhyPark sites.

We've included a network-wide privacy policy in the footer of each page on all sites. Google AdSense has recently added a privacy policy as a requirement for any site serving AdSense ads. Additionally, as we're just about ready to roll out our integrated ad network, this privacy policy will apply to our ad serving as well. It describes that cookies are used to track some ads and that we collect basic information to enhance the user experience and relevance.

The copyright/trademark policy provides trademark or copyright holders a method for contacting WhyPark if a domain or any content infringes on their rights. Since we license content from providers and have a large amount of content submitted to us, it provides a means to easily comply with any removal requests. Our terms also state that a domain that infringes on a trademark will be removed from WhyPark if notified by the trademark holder.
